    Did you know Hello Kitty is a girl, not a cat? 🙀 I was mind blown too. Sanrio has the same problems as you do when it comes to managing their Shopify store. Not enough developer time but lots of messaging that needs to be updated across the site. That's why their Director of Ecommerce was so excited about Because. It finally gave him and his team a Canva-like editor experience to add a message anywhere on their site without tapping a developer 🎨 Like for example, calling out online exclusives and giving visitors a reason to convert online rather than waiting to shop in person. 📈 #nocode #nocodeapp #canva #shopifyapp #editor #shopifywebsite #websitedesign #shopify

    Here's what I thought was most interesting from Shopify's new Summer 2024 Editions release 😎👇 🌍 Shopify Markets: Now you can more easily expand across B2B, retail, and regions, and tailor the customer experience for each, with the new Markets. Love to see a better solution here as it's been such a pain to manage separate disconnected Shopify stores for multiple markets. Because merchants have been using our geolocation targeting to show different messaging to different audiences - excited to see how the personalization opportunities evolve here with markets all in one place. ↔ Split Shipping: Show customers when an order will be split into multiple shipments. They can choose the lowest price, the fastest delivery, or custom shipping options. I personally love this option - it feels much more like shopping on Amazon and really having the power over your deliveries.📦 Sometimes I let Amazon deliver later because I don't need an item in my order urgently and want to save on environmental costs (other times I overnight a pair of boots to go on a ski trip 😂 ) Excited to see Shopify stores able to adopt some of this same "amazon firepower."" 📫 Shop Pay customers can now save a default address to breeze through checkout. Same comment as above - we all want all our shopping to be as easy as Amazon - these small improvements make a big difference in conversion. 👩🎨 The Hydrogen Visual Editor, powered by Utopia, lets your full team design, merchandise, and build with a shared store view. I still hear a lot of challenges around building and managing headless stores. I'm super curious to hear how this one plays out with an easier to use editor experience. 🖼 AI Image Editing - As a follow up to their earlier Editions release on image editing, they're now making it possible to do AI image editing all throughout the store editor and the email editor. Curious to see how Because merchants use these to personalize and test different images across their site and measure what converts best ✨ 🗨 AI Generated Customer Responses - Their new AI functionality will use your store data to write suggested responses to customers chatting in on your Shopify site. This one's super cool - curious to see how accurate/effective this actually is but it's a cool concept.     This is a snapshot of our developers after deploying a highly requested new feature ⚡️🤗 (more on that soon) They were probably smiling that they didn't break anything 😂 We like to have fun here at Because - you likely spend more time with your co-workers than with your own significant other, so you better enjoy it right? Building a startup is really. freaking. hard.     Trying to increase AOV this weekend for Father's Day? Try using a stepper to tell your site visitors how close they are to unlocking a discount or GWP. Even better if you can connect it to what's already in cart and offer a strategic cross-sell 😉 Like a discount on shirts if they're already buying pants 🤓 AB test results below from Bee Inspired who ran this campaign recently.     Why are you treating your subscription customers the same as every other site visitor on site? This is one of my favorite use cases merchants use Because for. If you're using a subscription platform like Skio, you can personalize your website based on whether your visitor is or is not a subscriber. If they're not a subscriber, show them the benefits to subscribing on PDP. If they are, show them the benefits of sticking around (like the free gift they'll get next month). 1 week, $7,700 increase! 💰🤯 What other ways could you personalize to subscribers versus non subscribers? 😎 👇 Joseph Hollinshead love this campaign you created! 😍
