    Marshall Manry – Polk Mechanical Company – Project Superintendent Fresh out of high school, Marshall followed in his father’s footsteps and worked for his dad, a General Superintendent at Polk Mechanical. What was intended to be a short season of his story, saving up before he went off to start his college career, Marshall fell in love with the trade, and from there, the rest is history. As a kid, he’d been on job sites with his dad; little did he know his story would one day entail walking in those working boots too. From the various projects and scenery changes to the countless opportunities to be challenged and try new things, Marshall is making his mark with Polk Mechanical just like his father did.     James Layne – Temp-Con, LLC – Lead Technician James Layne inherited the tradition rooted in diligence and craftmanship as he stands on the shoulders of his father-a welder whose work-ethic shaped his path. Growing up among four brothers, the value of hands-on work and treating others with fairness and respect became second-nature to James.     Brian Norman - Professional Air Systems – Service Manager Brian Norman’s journey has always revolved around the tactile satisfaction of working with his hands, seamlessly blending his outdoor passions with his adeptness at manual labor, culminating in a fulfilling career. Across his numerous roles, Brian has found profound satisfaction in witnessing a machine operating correctly after he’s worked on it. Yet, his greatest source of gratification now stems from watching the team he leads experience the same sense of accomplishment.     Tyler White - Commercial Air Systems Service Technician – Foreman Tyler White has made a career for himself at Commercial Air Systems. As a high school student, he had an interest in mechanical trades, and that’s when his journey began. After a stint in college, he decided to come back and commit to his career in the trades as he found great reward in completing a job and seeing everything function correctly. It’s been a steady climb from Sheet Metal Helper to Control Helper to Foreman Control/Service Technician to now thriving in his Apprenticeship with management as his next goal. With the family-like support at CAS, the variety of opportunities and training available, and the confidence he’s taken care of by leadership, it’s not hard to see that the sky truly is the limit for Tyler’s longevity and career in the trades.     Mason Waller- Polk Mechanical Company Plumber All it takes is one. One man’s influence led Mason Waller to a fulfilling career in the trades. He’s come to know that tackling large mechanical projects and pipe work translates into handling the smaller intricacies of the job with ease. The hands-on nature of this work and the opportunity to contribute to the fabric of the community brings value into the day-to-day. Mason takes pride in the quality of his work and the tangible mark he makes. “I like that I can build something and go back and visit what I built.” From sweating it out together, or freezing together, Mason and his co-workers share a mutual respect that runs deep. As Bill looks ahead, his employee focus remains top priority.     Mike Schneider- TP Mechanical General Superintendent-Field Operations Born into a family deeply rooted in the trades, Mike Schneider's path was paved to pursue a career for himself in the industry early on. His upbringing, steeped in the tradition of hard work, laid the foundation for his journey as he grew up watching and helping his dad work on vehicles and different projects. Mike's trajectory at TP Mechanical showcases the opportunity and training within our organization. He's a walking billboard for "if you have the drive and work ethic, you'll go as far as you want to go."
