Head out this weekend to try out the newest feature at the Cincinnati Reds Fan Zone at Great American Ballpark, the "Long Ball Game"! Trade31 had the honor of designing and constructing a life-size, baseball-themed pinball game that spans 20 feet and brings back the nostalgia of the game. A hydraulic system incorporated underneath the custom wood structure fires the ball at targets, where fans will aim for singles, doubles, triples, or a home run! All proceeds from the game will benefit the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum.#BuildingLegacy #PrecisionBuilders

We're honored to work with Jose as we reconfigure his beloved Salazar space into his newest culinary concept, Safi. We're wrapping up construction soon so Chef Salazar and his staff can get ready for their grand opening in the coming months!
After a decade of culinary excellence at Salazar, Chef Jose Salazar has announced plans to reconfigure the iconic Republic Street space into Safi – a Moroccan-inspired wine bar 🍷. The idea for the new concept came after Salazar and his wife traveled to Morocco in the summer of 2023 and returned with a desire to bring back to the Queen City some of what they had experienced. Safi, a Moroccan name from the Arabic language meaning ‘enough,’ felt simple and beautiful – and it allowed the couple to pay homage to Salazar by retaining its first two letters. Located at 1401 Republic Street, Safi will have relaxed atmosphere where 'fancier' options meet approachability and will be the perfect place to pop in for a quick nightcap, a glass of wine or even a full meal. The kitchen menu will feature unique options like caviar 'bumps' and slow-cooked lamb shank tagine. 🍽️✨ With a sophisticated Moroccan design by INDIO DESIGN and construction managed by Trade31, Safi will exude timeless charm, featuring moody vibes and terra cotta accents. Grand opening plans will be announced as construction nears completion this Summer. Join us in celebrating the newest addition to Over-the-Rhine's culinary scene! Congratulations Jose!

Last week, Tender Mercies Inc. celebrated the grand opening of Slater Hall in the West End. We worked on both interior general trades and exterior façade packages, including the installation of Hardie siding and Marvin windows, for this impactful project in the city of Cincinnati.

Yesterday was the historic ribbon cutting ceremony for the Barrister, the first affordable housing project in Cincinnati's Business District in over 25 years! The outpouring of support from the community was tremendous, with city leaders, project partners, and community groups all expressing their enthusiasm. So much so, that we even had to accommodate overflow outside! Thank you to everyone who came out support truly quality-stable affordable housing.
