Our gap year programs and summer fellowships create leaders who are uniquely prepared to solve our world’s problems. Founded in 2007, TBB's vision is to create a new generation of social impact leaders with highly developed vision for effective social change, a pathway to creating it, and a clear understanding of their role in the process.
