What an important perspective! Tune in !

Integrity is measured in times of conflict and not peace. This passage from Vernā’s book, What If I Say the Wrong Thing, 25 Habits for Culturally Effective People, can be a challenging task for some if not all of us. It is exceedingly difficult to humanize and empathize with someone whom we perceive as our adversary. What aspects of conflicts do you find most difficult to navigate, and how do they impact your overall approach to resolving disagreements?
