Embody the belief that you deserve to be treated with kindness, starting with being kind to yourself. 🫶 Challenge negative self-talk. Catch those self-defeating thoughts like "I'm not good enough," "How could I be so foolish?" or "I should have known better." 🫶 Stay true to your values. Honor your principles and remain authentic to yourself. 🫶 Model kindness in your interactions with others. Lead by example and treat others with compassion, empathy, and respect. 🫶 Set and maintain healthy boundaries. Establishing boundaries is an act of kindness toward yourself and others.
