The B's are Oakland's new baseball team. Built by Oakland. For Oakland. Forever Oakland.
About us
Oakland is stealing baseball back. Our team was ripped away from us but now we’re reclaiming baseball for the people of Oakland. The Oakland Ballers will stay in Oakland forever and build a team alongside fans to make the Town a championship city once again. We believe that the true value of a sports team is its power to bring people together. We are dedicated to delivering a joyful, community-focused experience for Oakland and the entire East Bay. We invite you to join us on this journey.

“You count Oakland out at your own risk,” Paul Freedman said. “It’s always been a city that’s been second-guessed. Yet, somehow, this is the place where comebacks start.” The Oakland Ballers was profiled in the The Washington Post today. Incredibly proud of the work we've done to bring so much joy and positive energy to people in the Bay Area. https://lnkd.in/gVY2V77w

We love all of our community partners like the Oakland Zoo! Thank you Isabella Linares, Nik Dehejia, and Daniel Flynn for making Saturday a success! Always a blast at the Oakland Ballers games as we continue to celebrate the City of Oakland all summer long! #oakland #builtbyoakland #oaklandzoo #oaklandballers
Partnering with Oakland Ballers this past weekend was a blast! We loved seeing everyone enjoy our Zoo-themed game and experience the teams first shutout game. Our free child passes & limited edition Scrappy trading cards were a hit. Another successful partnership in the books Daniel Flynn !

We believe the that the social contract between teams and communities is broken, and the only way to repair it is to allow fans to have a real seat at the table. Today we announce that we are ‘testing the waters’ for a crowdfunding round that will provide fans with voting rights on the issues they care most about. We believe this will be a template that other teams can follow. Disclaimers: (1) No money or other consideration is being solicited, and if sent in response, will not be accepted; (2) No offer to buy the securities can be accepted and no part of the purchase price can be received until the offering statement is filed and only through an intermediary's platform; and (3) A person's indication of interest involves no obligation or commitment of any kind. https://lnkd.in/gtpb8uEy

Last week, we welcomed Maybelle Blair, a celebrated baseball player who pitched for the Peoria Redwings back in the 1940s. Maybelle celebrated her 97th birthday this year, and is still going strong. She was the inspiration for "Mae Mordabito", played by Madonna, in "A League of their Own". Accompanied by her good friend, and Oakland Ballers pitcher, Kelsie Whitmore, she still has the swagger, and is still breaking barriers. This week she is attending the Baseball For All Nationals tournament at the The Ripken Experience-- Ripken Baseball in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She can't, and won't, be stopped.

Raimondi Park has undergone a stunning transformation thanks to our incredibly talented team and partners. Tasked with reviving this historic field under tight deadlines and challenging conditions, our team rose to the occasion. From breaking ground to the Oakland Ballers ' opening day, our team had just three months to complete this project on time. We've been in Oakland for nearly 100 years, we know what this community is capable of when we come together. This isn't just a field—it's a symbol of Oakland's resilience and community spirit. With the help of the community, we've built something truly special for the Oakland Ballers' inaugural season. Here's to new beginnings and a bright future for Oakland baseball! Best of luck to the Oakland Ballers as they take on the Yolo High Wheelers in front of a sold-out crowd of 4,000 fans at their new field. #TogetherWeBuildThingsRight #BuiltByOakland #Community #OaklandBallers #RaimondiPark #Construction #HeavyCivil
