This week, The NonProfit Group had the pleasure of visiting the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, where we witnessed incredible dedication and energy. From members of a troop at camp singing before dinner to Paul A. Dunne, CFRE addressing the Board of Directors at Camp Stonybrook, every moment was filled with inspiration. We also had a fantastic meeting with the Girl Scouts development team at their headquarters in Blue Ash, Cincinnati. We are thrilled to introduce Ravin Regina Cline, our newest affiliate, who brings a wealth of experience and passion to our team. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology. As the founder and Executive Director of @Embracing Diversity, she has dedicated her career to serving immigrant communities and promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ). Currently pursuing studies in the Public and Nonprofit Management (PNM) program at the The University of Texas at Dallas, Regina has taught courses on “Diversity in the Public Sector” and “Managing Nonprofit Organizations” and co-authored a book chapter on intersectionality and Human Resource Management during COVID-19. Her extensive experience includes consulting for organizations like Community Credit Union and the Andy Abrams Foundation and speaking at notable events and conferences.
