Welcome to The Nest Properties, curated by Cheryl Strack Bryson. She attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and fell in love with Arkansas and specifically the Hot Springs area. This created an opportunity to bring not only her family but guests to experience the Natural State, and it began with The Lake House and The Cottage overlooking Lake Hamilton. Since then, Cheryl’s accommodation offerings grew into five luxurious vacation rentals including three Authentic African Safari Tents by Exclusive Tents. She was inspired by the Bedouin Tents of Saudi Arabia and Dubai where she worked extensively as an interior designer before retiring. The first tent pitched was The Nest of Hot Springs, which put The Nest Properties in front of Hot Springs locals, curious travelers, and short-term vacationers alike. As the birds were chirping and the bees were buzzing in 2022, Cheryl broke ground on The Covey Property which features two more Safari Tents that are elegantly designed just like the original but 200sqft. bigger. The Covey Tents are also perched in the trees and overlook a private stocked bass pond with private fishing docks. All properties feature fully equipped kitchens, outdoor cooking, and entertainment areas. The Nest Properties offer serene settings for Romance, Family Getaways and Comfort near Hot Springs National Park in the lovely state of Arkansas.
