OUR NEW RECYCLE BALER IS HERE! ♻️Earlier this year, we were awarded a recycling grant from Arizona Department of Environmental Quality ADEQ as part of our sustainability efforts in Northern Arizona. With this grant of $66,916, we were able to bring in a new 500-pound recycle baler. We can’t wait to see where we can go from here! Thank you @AZDEQ 💚💙 • • #azdeq #sustainability #reducereuserecycle #pepsirecycles #recycling #sustainabilitymatters #gogreen PepsiCo American Beverage Beverage Digest

Earlier this week we were honored to spend the day with John Dean and David A Woodward from PepsiCo. We showed them around our Flagstaff territory and enjoyed lunch at one of our newest accounts; The Oakmont. We love sharing the work we do in our accounts and the relationships we have externally and internally. Thank you both for spending time with The Nackard Pepsi family. Come back anytime!
This week I spent time with the West Division's Bottler of the Year nominee. During my time with The Nackard Companies family, one thing became abundantly clear: they genuinely care about their people. I say this because while celebrating their new employee breakroom, I connected with each person there, and so many personal stories were shared without any prompting. Like the intern who shared how Patrick and Palmer not only inquired about her job but also took an interest in her studies. Another mentioned receiving a congratulatory call for their child's graduation. Even the simple but meaningful act of knowing everyone's name stood out. I am truly inspired by the Nackard family’s rich history, consistent results, and the remarkable culture that sets them apart. Their genuine care and dedication make Nackard a special place. Happy Earth Day from Nackard Pepsi 🌎 We love doing our part when it comes to helping our planet. We have 2 EV vans and an electric Ford Lightning truck. We recently adopted an avenue in Flagstaff and we will pick up trash multiple times a year on that mile stretch of road. We take pride in our recycle and sustainability efforts and it continues to grow. Our goal is to continue collecting recyclable items from our accounts and territories to ensure they get recycled properly. Remember, every time you drink an ice-cold Pepsi product, be sure to recycle it so we can turn it back into another Pepsi product. 💙♻️

Our recycle journey continues to grow and we’re excited to see where we can take it.
We’re making significant investments in communities to collect more of our valuable, recyclable plastic bottles and aluminum cans so they can be remade into new ones. This includes providing bins, updating sorting technology and building new recycling facilities. Learn more at https://lnkd.in/eDQxpaMA #EarthDay

Huge news for Nackard Pepsi! We're a finalist for Franchise Bottler of the Year in North America!
Congratulations to our 2023 Bottler of the Year finalists! Since Pepsi-Cola's inception in 1898 in New Bern, North Carolina our franchise bottlers have played a crucial role in our business… serving as the backbone of our brand's distribution network across North America. Since then, and as our bottling partner community has grown, one thing remains certain—their steadfast dedication ensures our beverages reach consumers far and wide. Each year, PBNA awards one of our franchise bottlers with the prestigious Donald M. Kendall Bottler of the Year Award.
