With a passion for entertainment, Dee chose Ohio Media School as the best path to develop and hone her skills. Currently, Dee serves as the Line Producer at HWIC Filmworks/Webworks production company, where she excels in communication and leadership, ensuring smooth operations during pre-production and film production. Recognizing the importance of hands-on learning, Dee provides internship opportunities for students and alumni of Ohio Media School, fostering growth in media, camera operations, audio engineering, and client relations. As a successful entrepreneur, Dee's goal is to help clients build successful brands and businesses. Her advice to students is to stay focused, work hard, embrace failures as learning opportunities, and above all else – be patient and kind to themselves. Despite facing challenges early in life, Dee persevered to become a standout student, earning the prestigious award of “Student of the Year” at Ohio Media School. Already growing a career in media, Tramese enrolled at Colorado Media School to upskill and connect with Denver's media community. Starting her career with TV, Tramese discovered her love for behind-the-scenes roles, leading her to explore a variety of opportunities. She is very pleased that her search led to her recent hire as the Director of Media and Sales at Diverse Media Collective. This collective of 13 Denver-based BIPOC-focused outlets has a mission to amplify diverse voices in media. With a passion for creating content for underrepresented communities, Tramese is thrilled about her new role. Her advice?
