We want to thank our outstanding intern Cami Mann for all of her hard work this summer! Both Accelerate and ELI went flawlessly. Cami’s attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination helped to make both of these programs exceptional experiences for all of our participants! Guiding Organizations. Coaching Leaders.
About us
The Center Consulting Group is a nonprofit Christian organization with a highly trained staff that is passionate about advancing leadership and organizational health. Leadership can be so energizing, yet so challenging! It’s not easy to lead a group of people with diverse personalities and motivations towards a common vision. When it’s going well, it feels so good. But when turbulence strikes, stress and frustration are soon to follow. Don’t let complex challenges overwhelm you. Whether you are a leader of a church, nonprofit, or business, our experienced team will create customized solutions, based on our Christian values, to help you lead well. Complexity is normal. But it doesn’t have to be fatal!

On Friday we completed day 5 of the Emerging Leaders Initiative 2024. We started the day with educational sessions and followed with a leader interview with Mike Comick, Director of Chaplains at SCI Phoenix (Greaterford Prison). In his interview, he shared, “People only want to know how much you know when they know how much you are,” teaching us the importance of being a servant leader. Our day ended with the cohort reflecting on what they want their leadership to look like and determining how they will make that happen. We are so thankful for another successful ELI!

The Center Consulting Group reposted this
Our CEO Carol Andersen spoke this past week with young leaders at The Center Consulting Group's Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI). She shared the story of Bloom and the importance of creating an organizational culture that fosters team work, leadership development, and how sometimes fear and adversity can be our greatest teacher. This is Carol's third year presenting about non-profit leadership to the next generation of leaders. ELI is a five-day leadership development program that brings together a deeper sense of God's calling in these young leaders' lives, career interests for their future, and a focus on growing leadership. #bloomforwomen #nonprofitorganization #nonprofitleadership #youngleaders #emergingleaders #NextGenLeaders #makingadifferencetogether
