Today marks the 3-year anniversary of Big Pink Bus mobile mammography services! Since hitting the road back in July 2021, more than 5,000 Central Texas women have been screened on the Bus. 28 women have been diagnosed with cancer and navigated to treatment. Our Big Pink Bus team expressed that they love making a difference in patients’ lives and can’t wait to further their impact in the coming years. Make an appointment at 1-844-PINK BUS (844-746-5287) or learn more about the Big Pink Bus here: https://bit.ly/4cAmwZi

Hey, Mamma Jamma Fam! Next Tuesday, July 16, is the last Circuit of the Americas Bike Night until September, and it’s a great opportunity for us to ride together! We’ll have the Mamma Jamma tent set up at 6pm to meet up, and it’ll be there for some camaraderie afterwards. Sure, it’ll be hot, but once the sun gets down a bit, it’s not so bad. Who’s in?

Now that it’s getting hot in Texas, it is extremely important that you pay attention to your hydration while you train. ☀️ Did you know that by the time you feel thirsty, you have already lost two or more cups of your total body water composition? Just drinking water alone is not enough; electrolytes and sodium are also needed to replenish your body’s fluids. Stay hydrated!
