After excavating and retaining 70 feet below grade one month ahead of schedule, we have reached the bottom of downtown Dallas' deepest underground parking garage for the Parkside Tower project. This future new home for Bank of America boasts 7 floors below grade for parking and 30 floors above grade for office, encompassing 1,136,000 SF. We are proud to be working alongside KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, Pacific Elm Properties, Corgan, Telios Corporation, Kimley-Horn, and L.A. Fuess Partners on this iconic project. Equally we extend thanks to trade partners including RPM xConstruction and Oscar Orduno, Inc. who have been instrumental in reaching this milestone. #AustinProud
