2024 Tarpon Rodeo Recap 🐟 Our 19th Annual Tarpon Rodeo presented by Great Bay Distributors, Inc. was a reel-y fantastic event! In a poetic twist, 19 tarpon were caught and released to mark our 19th year, showcasing the exceptional skill and endurance of our participants. Directed Capital took home the crown as the Overall Winner, demonstrating their top-tier fishing prowess. In the Tarpon Division - Guardian, Directed Capital reeled in 1st place, followed by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa Boat #15 in 2nd place. Newport International Seafood earned a commendable 3rd place with their angling expertise. In the Tarpon Division - Sport, CenSea secured 1st place with finesse, Redstone Investments took 2nd place, and Tampa Bay Yacht Management, LLC captured 3rd place with style. The Inshore Slam Division saw Team Wilt clinch the top spot with an impressive performance, while the Tampa Bay Rays secured a solid 2nd place finish. We extend our deepest gratitude to our sponsors and participants whose unwavering support and enthusiasm made this event a phenomenal success. Each cast and catch helped us advance our mission of restoring and protecting the Tampa Bay estuary.
