He highlighted effective strategies include using "click to prompt" buttons and analyzing question data, product data, sales data, and conversion data to understand which questions, when asked, drive people to convert. Madan Bharadwaj (CEO) of M^2, moderated a panel on Data-Driven eCommerce 📊🔍featuring insights from Ankita Dhawan (Director, Consumer Strategy & Insights) of Boll & Branch, Ari Cheszes (Senior Director of eCommerce and Omni-Channel) of Overtime, Joseph Maxwell (President) of SwiftOtter, and Sergio Tache (Founder & CEO) of Dossier. They discussed the transformative impact of data analytics on eCommerce growth strategies. Ankita highlighted the importance of using data to help people find their next product and create unique loyalty experiences. For instance, sending a free blanket to someone who bought bedding for a hospital stay can make them feel special and connected. Ari emphasizes that there is "No data like… first party data."
