In 2021, we completed the sale of our oncology portfolio to Servier, which included vorasidenib, an oral, selective, highly brain-penetrant dual inhibitor of mutant IDH1 and IDH2. Today, we announced an agreement to sell rights to our 15% royalty on potential U.S. net sales of Servier’s vorasidenib to Royalty Pharma, which shares in our excitement about the vast potential of this novel therapy. This transaction will provide us with the financial independence to prepare for potential PYRUKYND® (mitapivat) launches in additional rare disease areas, as well as opportunistically expand our pipeline through both internally and externally discovered assets.
