Stellar MLS June 2024 Residential Stats - This report represents all residential listings in the Stellar MLS coverage area for June 2024. Please Note: The sales price metric of the PRAR stats has been changed from an average to a median of sale prices. This was done to reduce the volatility in the sale price number caused by the limited number of unit sales and disproportionate property values. _ For the Stellar MLS Florida coverage area, notable statistics state that: * New Listings have decreased month over month but increased year over year, while Active Listings inventory levels have increased from the previous month and are up 56% compared to last year. * The number of units sold decreased from the previous month by 14% and has increased by 13% year over year.
