Founded in 1995 by Stephen Starr, Philadelphia-based STARR Restaurants is one of the largest multi-concept restaurant groups in the United States. In 2017, two STARR restaurants, New York City’s Le Coucou and The Clocktower, have been awarded Best New Restaurant by the James Beard Foundation and a Michelin Star, respectively.
