The South Carolina Hospital Association was created in 1921 to serve as the collective voice of the state’s hospital community. The Association is proud to be a part of the state’s hospital industry, adding value to hospitals’ efforts to care for the people of South Carolina. By helping to keep South Carolina’s hospitals healthy, we are helping to keep our state healthy.

After graduating with a double major in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, Taylor Giordano began her banking career. At McLeod Health, she started as an Accountant and, through mentorship, advanced to Finance Supervisor. Did you know that the S.C. Department of Public Health has acquired a large supply of Narcan via grant funds received from the CDC? This life-saving medication is slated to be given by hospital emergency departments at discharge and at no cost to patients or caregivers who are at-risk for overdose outside of the hospital. Hospital emergency departments interested in receiving this Narcan (at no cost to the hospital) should complete the form in the comments!
