    Are you at Music Biz 2024? Because we sure are! Team members from Songtradr, 7digital and Bandcamp are all attending this week's conference, including some exciting panels. Today, Andrew Jervis, Chief Curator at Bandcamp, will be discussing indie labels during "The Real Value of Independents." And on Thursday, Tom Riley, Director of Smart Sync Services at Songtradr, will be leading the panel "Syncing Soundscapes: Exploring Music's Role in Gaming Evolution," an exploration into music's role in gaming, featuring Melissa Rassas Bortnick from Epic Games, Alex Malcolm from Warner Music Group, and Bradley Patter from Kobalt Music.     Dove's "Cost of Beauty" campaign was given the coveted honor of Gold Winner at the 2024 Clio Awards! In partnership with Dove, Big Sync Music supported music supervision and the talent partnership for the project, soundtracked by Self Esteem's cover of "You Are So Beautiful." The campaign marks another winning entry for Dove at the Clios, one of the most prestigious honors in international advertising. It also adds a new honor for "Cost of Beauty," which has already received awards at Cannes Lions and the British Arrows. Congratulations to our friends at Ogilvy, #Dove (Unilever) and SMUGGLER!

    We are committed to Balancing the Mix. Are you ready to join us? Did you know that fewer than 3% of music producers are female? We aim to extend beyond the technical aspects of music production, such as audio mixing and studio engineering, to address a fundamental issue: the lack of diversity within the creative industries, particularly the underrepresentation of women. Earlier this month, we hosted the inaugural edition of Balance the Mix in London. This event featured a thought-provoking panel discussion and captivating performances by ELKKA and Logic1000, that delved deep into the heart of its subject matter. Attendees were immersed in an array of insights and emotions as the panelists engaged in passionate dialogue, offering unique perspectives and stirring discussions.
