How many of you were affected by the global IT outage caused by the CrowdStrike/Microsoft issue last Friday? Solera Holdings, LLC. certainly was. Handling 25 billion daily data transactions and adding 25 billion annual miles to our 5+ petabyte global data footprint, we were not exempt from the unfortunate incident. Thousands of systems in both our product and support lines were impacted.
