The Zeiterion Performing Arts Center groundbreaking ceremony was held last Friday, June 28. It was a great event for a project we started in February 2020. Since then, we have been through a lot together and much has changed. However, our collective commitment to reimagining a new performing arts center that would endure another 100 years was constant. Sign installed at Werfen's new 169,500 SF R&D facility in Bedford, MA. Anticipating a late November/early December completion. This 113,000-square-foot speculative building completed by BXP, TRIA, and Commodore Builders offers a unique operational approach by integrating cGMP manufacturing, laboratory, and office under one roof. This innovative design enhances workforce inclusivity and speed-to-market discovery. The building's striking blend of rigid geometry, translucent panels, and captivating lighting, designed by Sladen Feinstein Integrated Lighting Inc., is a standout feature on Rte 128. To achieve a clean, minimalist look by day and an eye-catching backlit glow by night, Kingspan Insulated Panels North America products were chosen for their high energy performance. The UniQuad® translucent polycarbonate wall system provides soft, diffused natural light without the glare typical of traditional glazing. Meanwhile, the PentaClad™ translucent cladding system conceals mechanicals and parking garage facades. 🌆 On Thursday night in Boston's waterfront district, the City of Champions provided the perfect backdrop for honoring more winners—19, to be precise.
