Shook Associate Michelle Lee, an attorney in the firm's Government Investigations and Litigation Practice, previously served as a trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. During her time at the DOJ, Michelle investigated civil anti-competitive and monopolistic practices in violation of the Sherman Act as well as procurement violations and fraudulent conduct under the Procurement Collusion Strike Force initiative.
