Last week, the SHINE team celebrated the filing of our Drug Master File for Ilumira (n.c.a Lu-177) with the FDA, a significant step in bringing this life-saving radioisotope to cancer patients. We had even more to celebrate, too -- over the weekend, we shipped out our largest order of Ilumira to date. Ilumira is a critical radioisotope that can improve the lives of countless cancer patients and their families. These achievements are a testament to our dedicated team's hard work and innovation, who continue to overcome challenges and put patients first. We're proud of the progress we've made in developing a new, faster, and better technology for producing life-saving radioisotopes. This is just the beginning for SHINE, and we're committed to building a brighter future for all. Read the recent press release on our submission: https://hubs.li/Q02DK2nc0

We celebrated a special anniversary this week with University of Wisconsin-Madison on their 175th Anniversary Tour stop in Janesville. Our Founder and CEO, Greg Piefer, pioneered the technology that our facility now uses while getting a PhD from UW-Madison’s nuclear engineering program. We hosted a lunch panel for employees with UW-Alumni Association’s Sarah Schutt and Greg’s former Professor, Paul Wilson, UW Nuclear Engineering and Engineering Physics. We ended the day with a spirited community celebration, with Greg sharing the importance of the local entrepreneurship that attracted him to bring SHINE to Janesville. #UW175

Fusion is an evolutionary inevitability, and we are accelerating the route to practical fusion energy. Our Founder and CEO, Greg Piefer, recently shared SHINE's vision for achieving fusion energy faster at #Fusion24 in London. We're commercializing the highest-value applications of “fusion first,” such as non-destructive testing and life-saving medical isotope production. Industrializing fusion in this way progressively decreases its cost and carves out a scalable path to practical fusion energy. #fusionenergy #medicalisotopes #NDT

SHINE Technologies and Zeno Power are teaming up to tackle the challenge of nuclear waste by converting it into clean energy. SHINE plans to provide Zeno with Strontium-90 to power Radioisotope Power Systems (RPSs). RPSs are like long-lasting batteries that use the natural decay of radioactive materials to generate electricity. RPSs could be used in space exploration, military equipment, and other applications that require reliable power in remote or harsh environments -- from the depths of the ocean to the surface of the moon! Learn more about this exciting development in our press release. https://hubs.li/Q02CdyFZ0
