A 2013 graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and now President of Twenty Bucks Real Estate Development & Investment, Max focuses on rehabilitating properties, bringing added value and opportunity. This past April, Max had the opportunity to purchase a 10-unit mixed-use property that included eight apartments and two commercial tenants.
