Lombardi Brothers Meats has proudly served the Rocky Mountain region since 1947. Joe Lombardi, one of the company’s founders, started in the butcher business at age 15 with a $50 bill. He pioneered dry-aged beef in the USA, serving clients such as President Eisenhower (who even toured the plant on a trip to Denver) and Lucile Ball, amongst other notable customers. In 2022, Seattle Fish Co. acquired Lombardi Brothers to be able to fully serve our customers a complete line of the highest quality proteins.
