SDWP is a quasi-public and non-profit organization that acts as a funder, program implementer, and strategic convener, facilitating effective relationships between the County and City governments, economic, education, and workforce partners across the San Diego region. SDWP operates a network of five career centers across the county and offers many services to job seekers and businesses, including career services, upskill-focused training, and wraparound supportive services to facilitate service receipt.
