As a reminder, below are details you may need to be aware of, to enable our brand transition to run smoothly. 🔷 What has changed already: ◾ Our email domains, including those for our technology brands Baker Perkins and Kemutec, have transitioned across to ‘@coperion.com’ ◾ Our new and soon to be rebranded website is found at coperion.com/fpm 🔷 What you do NOT need to worry about: ◾ We are not a new company. Only our name is changing ◾ There is no need to amend existing contracts ◾ Our tax ID, banking information and DUNS numbers remain the same ◾ Signed W9 forms will be emailed to relevant customers on August 1st, with the exact same existing tax ID and DUNS numbers 🔷 What you DO need to change: ◾ From August 1st, 2024, all PO’s, invoice payments and new contracts should be addressed to the revised legal entity name, relevant to your relationship with us 🔷 Legal entity name changes: Currently: Schenck Process LLC > Will be from August 1st 2024: Coperion Process Solutions LLC Currently: Schenck Process FCP Equipamentos Industriais Ltda. > Will be from August 1st 2024: Coperion Equipamentos Industriais Ltda.
