We're celebrating 34 years of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)! At RTD, accessibility is at the heart of everything we do. We're proud to innovate with features like our audio announcement system, 6-sided poles at all RTD stops for low vision bus riders, and provision of ramps to ensure every customer can access our services. These efforts continue the legacy of the brave and courageous acts of the Gang of 19, making every journey with RTD barrier-free and inclusive. Join us in honoring the ADA's legacy and celebrating the resilience of everyone who benefits from inclusive transit. #ADAAnniversary #RideRTD #Accessibility

When you notice a rail crossing ahead, slow down. Give yourself time to check for warning sounds or flashing red lights, which signals an oncoming train. Never try to go around if the crossing arms are down. #ridertd #partnerinsafety #seetracksthinktrain
