Their Customer Service team dispatched an experienced EXPERT to examine my wood rot fascia problem. He explained the cause of the problem and how to solve it. Their customer service team contacted me and worked around a visit from my Grand Daughter to dispatch their Highly Qualified Team to replace not only the fascia, but part of the roof which had been rotted. The technician showed me photos of the problem, after removing the roof tiles and before beginning repairs, The photos were self-explanatory and they worked from 8am to 7pm.replacing the rotted wood, repairing the roof problem and re-installing properly the leaders and gutter (which has caused the problem). The technicians were as diligent and hard working at 7 pm as they had been at 8am. I was impressed at 6:30 pm of the time spent and the quality of the finishing (caulking) work, which was done expertly and neatly (It was a Friday night). The technicians were not only highly skilled, they were also highly personable. My wife and I considered them guests at our home that worked very hard and did not waste time. We also want to compliment the Customer Service Team, who scheduled the work and contacted us during and after the completion of the project. For the record, I am a retired Senior Vice President of Astoria Federal Bank and was in charge of all construction and renovations. A good worker always leaves a project area cleaner than when they arrive, and the Roof Doctors team did that. A number of times during the work, a supervisor arrived, reviewed everything and insured that my wife and I were comfortable about the quality of work and the communication between us and their work crew. Fabulous Personnel, High Quality Work and Terrific Follow up by their Customer Service Team to ensure my satisfaction causes me to Rate Roof Doctors with a 10 (my highest). Also, the price was outstanding for the work accomplished, materials utilized, effort expended.
