I love honesty in biz and personal life real honesty in life & biz isn’t easy but in the long run it’s the right thing we don’t have to agree with peoples opinions however it’s great to hear real honesty ! I’d much rather hear the truth for better or worse ! Being in sales for 30 plus years I get it it’s usually not pretty most of the time it’s a lot of nos runaround and we’ll get back to you yes I’m an optimist however more important I’m a realist ! The realist in me is why I’m successful I try everyday to balsnce the good news with the bad ! It’s not easy ! The more bs we feed ourselves & others the worst it is for everyone tomorrow next week next month & next year ! Self honesty in biz is more important than any skill set you bring to the table or any sales book seminar speaker ! Keep it real & the $ will come make it up and frankly we are all in trouble !
