Meet Julia Howard, Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company and a 2024 PWC NJ Women of Achievement honoree! Julia had planned to have a career in sales following in the footsteps of her father, but her career path shifted and she became fully immersed in the world of construction. She has spent more than half of her career in the field and the other half in the office working in Pre-construction. Julia worked her way up through the ranks from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager and spent time working in Estimating and 5 years as the Purchasing Manager.
