⚔️Member Spotlight⚔️ Micah Elijah Caldwell, Kappa (UNC-Chapel Hill), recently celebrated his Tony Awards debut this month. Since graduating in 2011, Caldwell has worked in television, film, theatre and off-Broadway productions such as Daredevil: Born Again, Kinky Boots, Madame Infamy and more. In addition to his performance work, he is a professor of voice and musical director at Marymount Manhattan College. He is also a private musical theater coach, teaching musical theater to children in underrepresented communities and is an advocate for actors of color to receive equal opportunities within the theater.  Following in the footsteps of fellow chapter brother Thomas Sayre, Caldwell was inspired to sign up for Journey of Hope, where he served as crew chief of the 2011 South route. Sayre designed the original play units that launched a history of service to those with disabilities, which inspired Pi Kappa Phi's national philanthropy, The Ability Experience. Caldwell has also served as chairman of Pi Kapp Pride and was a member of Pi Kappa Phi's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Congratulations, and thank you for your commitment to the betterment of our brotherhood!

Due to the generosity of the Pi Kappa Phi Foundation donors, new member educators from all across the country gathered in Charleston, South Carolina, for Pi Kappa Phi’s Institute for Common Loyalty for only the cost of travel. At the event, wardens learned the skills necessary to deliver a first-class associate member education program for their respective chapters. This program, dedicated to fostering healthy relationships, will impact every warden and new member, creating a journey that creates a lifetime affinity for the organization and their chapter. You, too, can help lead change in the industry and provide Pi Kappa Phi members with the leading fraternity experience. Through one of the various ways to give, you can contribute to the education and leadership opportunities of our men. To learn more, click the link below. https://ow.ly/IANu50SfI5q
