Last July, a lightning strike led to a fire at American International College in Springfield, MA, resulting in damage to the Courniotes and Lissa Halls. These buildings housed the college's health science programs such as nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and public health.   Over the past year, our team has been hard at work in collaboration with AIC to help repair the damage. We are currently designing the new Courniotes building (see below) and have designed additional lab and classroom spaces to ensure studies can resume. We're proud to support AIC and continue our long-standing relationship as they rebuild their campus and reimagine the school's programs.   Stay tuned for more information and updates as the project progresses. #architecture #academicdesign #healthsciences

Check out the latest and greatest course located in East Providence, RI – The Met Links! ⛳️✨   Formerly known as the Metacomet Country Club, this 9-hole course has a rich history of hosting numerous championships and qualifiers, cherished by members and the local community. After closing in 2020, Marshall Properties acquired the land with a vision to preserve and restore part of this historic course for public enjoyment. The thoughtful renovation highlights the best features of the terrain with breathtaking vistas at every hole.   Congratulations to everyone involved in this fantastic achievement!
