As National Historic Preservation Month ends, we wanted to celebrate the expertise of our Historic Studio team. Our Historic Studio team members bring over 50 years of collective experience in providing preservation, rehabilitation, restoration, and reconstruction services. Specializing in adaptive reuse, National Register nominations, and tax credit projects, our architects and historic preservation specialists leverage their deep knowledge of traditional construction systems along with advanced technology to help owners maintain and rehabilitate their buildings. Historic preservation of buildings and structures is crucial because it maintains cultural heritage, allowing future generations to experience and learn from the architectural and historical legacy of the past. It also contributes to a community's identity and continuity, fostering a sense of place and belonging. Pictured are just a few of our favorite Historic Preservations projects: Frank Lloyd Wright’s Burton J. Westcott House Restoration, Public Auditorium Music Hall Restoration + Repair and Christ Presbyterian Church Master Plan + Renovation.
