Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (#EGPA) is a rare multisystemic disorder that frequently goes unrecognized and can be fatal if untreated, underscoring the need for timely, accurate diagnosis and management. Conventional treatments have their shortcomings, but insights into the pathophysiology of EGPA have led to the development of promising targeted biologic therapies.
