The Trusted Response Urgent Support Team (TRUST) program provides low-risk de-escalation, referrals, and stabilization services for individuals in need of behavioral health support in the the Santa Clara County. For local areas (408, 650 and 669), dial 988. From any other area code, contact the Santa Clara County Behavioral Health line at (800)704-0900, press 1 and then ask to be connected with the TRUST team.

Pacific Clinics is an approved PATH Technical Assistance training vendor under the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Marketplace. Technical assistance projects are paid for by PATH and are free for eligible entities that successfully apply for TA with vendor partners. Our trainings are led by individuals with direct experience providing services to California’s most vulnerable Medi-Cal beneficiaries. We welcome the opportunity to discuss and provide you with tools to empower your workforce. Each training can be delivered independently or as part of a comprehensive training package.
