    Big news. Times two! We’re delighted to welcome Misty Ross and Cheryl Sinclair to OTO’s leadership team. Misty — our new Vice President, Sales & Marketing — brings a wealth of industry expertise and a well-earned reputation for excellence. In this role, she will oversee business development, revenue generation, and profit maximization across OTO’s owned and managed hotel portfolios. A graduate of Xavier University, Misty launched her hospitality career with Marriott International. She joined Concord Hospitality in 2008, where she held sales and marketing roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Regional VP of Sales. Sixteen years at Concord provided Misty with extensive experience in hotel openings, transitions, and acquisitions as well as management contracts. She is noted for a deep understanding of market dynamics which, coupled with an innovative approach to customer engagement, enables her to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities. As our new Vice President, Human Resources, Cheryl will lead and develop OTO’s HR team, which supports 2,700 employees across the country. She brings fresh insights from a variety of industry sectors — lodging, cruise and travel, and insurance — that will be instrumental in guiding the company’s HR strategies into the future. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Cheryl spent nearly two decades with Farmers Insurance, where she held roles of increasing responsibility including AVP, Human Resources. She then moved into executive positions at Princess Cruises, Buckle Insurance and, most recently, MCR Hotels, where she served as VP, Human Resources. Cheryl has earned a reputation as a collaborative, engaging, and innovative thought partner. With a passion for leading diverse teams through complex transformation and growth, she has a proven ability to drive human resources initiatives that deliver positive results at companies of all sizes.
