This year’s event raised more than $300,000 — a record amount to support Hope Center’s mission to build stable, healthy families and provide children with a safe place from abuse and neglect. We are excited to hit a major milestone at the Upshore project in Palm Harbor! The project team from LandSouth Construction, LLC poured our first building slab last weekend.   Upshore will be a 264 unit garden-style apartment community, featuring 11 different floor plans, with spacious one to three bedroom apartment homes ranging from 800 - 1,400 square feet. The community will offer several amenities, including a pool with lounge and outdoor kitchen, dog park, fire pit, grilling stations, walking paths, co-working space and several outdoor amenity areas. The development is located north of the St. Petersburg and Tampa areas in Palm Harbor, home of the Innisbrook Resort & Golf Club.   Jake Hale, JDA’s Development Manager for this project, had this to say about the progress, “Landsouth and their trade partners have done an excellent job managing challenging site conditions and have kept a close eye on schedule. We are thrilled to continue to work with this project team to hit future milestones and deliver another top-of-the-line apartment community to the Tampa Bay Area.”   Stay tuned for further updates as this project progresses.

We are excited to showcase our latest progress on our multifamily development project in Davenport, FL - Hadley!   Hadley will be a 367-unit garden-style apartment community, featuring 9 different floor plans, with spacious one to three bedroom apartment homes ranging from 600 - 1,500 square feet. The community will offer several amenities, including a resort-style pool with outdoor kitchen, grilling stations, fire pit, and two dog parks. Hadley will also offer a spacious co-working space with multiple private offices and a conference room alongside a well-equipped fitness center.   Christian Boyd, JDA’s Development Manager for this project, had this to say about the project’s progress: “The Wieland Corporation team and their trade partners have excelled in making considerable progress through the framing stage of the project, and have turned their attention to the building interiors for unit rough-in, drywall installation, and unit finishes. We’ve been impressed with The Wieland Corporation project team in both their technical skill and experience, as well as their ability to maintain focus on hitting important schedule milestones. They’ve been working hand-in-hand with our architectural team from Poole & Poole Architecture, LLC, whose help has been vital to keeping progress moving smoothly in the field.
