Created in 1971, the Osceola Council on Aging, Inc. is the largest social services organization in Osceola County, providing a wide array of services and programs to meet the needs of our community. Though the name implies services for just the elderly, our scope of services extend to families as well, helping during crisis to enable generations of residents to cope with challenges. Mission The Osceola Council on Aging, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3, non-profit, private charitable organization dedicated to providing services to enable independence and self-sufficiency for seniors, disabled adults, the disadvantaged and families in poverty.

Today, we honored one of the key members of our leadership team - Dr. Johnola Morales - as she has completed all requirements to earn her Doctor of Social work from Simons University on May 19th. Every day, Dr. Morales demonstrates an unyielding commitment to serving the needs of the Osceola county residents we serve. We are so lucky to call her our colleague and our friend. Tonight, our regular Board of Directors meeting was held on our campus in the Stolz Conference Room. Our volunteer Board members oversee the Community Action Programs as well as over 30 senior programs under our umbrella. Our Board members are community volunteers from Osceola County, support our mission and are committed to good governance. #GoodGovernance Esta noche, nuestra reunión regular de la Junta Directiva se llevó a cabo en nuestro campus en la Sala de Conferencias Stolz. Los miembros voluntarios de nuestra Junta supervisan los Programas de Acción Comunitaria, así como más de 30 programas para personas mayores bajo nuestro paraguas.
