After her initial year, Michelle transitioned to medical transcription, a role she held for three years. This period allowed Michelle to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that would prove invaluable in her subsequent roles. Michelle's next career chapter saw her stepping into the role of a medical assistant (MA), where she truly found her calling. For four years, she served as Dr. Manugian's MA, where her reliability and proactive approach were greatly appreciated. Following her time with Dr. Manugian, Michelle transitioned to work with Dr. Jones, a role she embraced for an impressive 19 years. As Dr. Jones' MA, Michelle's expertise and compassionate care became legendary. For the past three years, Michelle has been serving at the Hospitalists division, continuing her legacy of dedication and excellence.
