Orgill Employee Spotlight: Meet Kilgore’s Colby Saye
Colby Saye joined Kilgore's Transportation team five years ago and has enjoyed being a part of a close knit team! "It is freeing to be out on the road. I’m good at customer service, getting the product delivered on time and making customers happy. Transportation is a pretty cool department. It is close knit and everybody knows each other. The Supervisors and Managers are also really nice."

John Srnka has been driving from the Rome Distribution Center for the past three years! "Orgill is really good to the Drivers and other employees. They do regular get-togethers and picnics. They just had a fall festival with a movie, food, door prizes and pumpkins for the kids. For Valentine’s Day, they sent the Drivers a box of chocolates, and on July 4 they gave us a basket of popcorn. They go above and beyond to make the employees feel like they’re part of the company."
