Accelerating the Development of Innovative Therapies
About us
Orange Grove Bio was established with a clear vision: to bridge the gap between promising research programs and the successful development and commercialization of transformative therapies. Our company is driven by the recognition of the disparity in venture capital investment across different regions of the United States, often resulting in groundbreaking discoveries going unexplored and potentially life-changing treatments failing to reach the patients who need them most. Based in Cincinnati, we strategically partner with prominent institutions and researchers across the Midwest, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. By fostering strong partnerships built on a shared commitment to innovation, our aim is to ensure that discoveries from these regions translate into life-changing treatments for patients, unlocking the full potential of the most promising research programs.

Taylor Harned, PhD of Orange Grove Bio’s #DomainOne Therapeutics team attended the Station 41 Innovation Assembly today in #Birmingham with Erik Schwiebert (middle, Station 41 Director) and Luke Brazinski (right, Southern Research's Therapeutics Fund Project Manager). DomainOne is one of eight companies to receive a recent investment from Southern Research’s Therapeutics Development Fund, made possible by the #InnovateAlabamaTaxCredit. Southern Research's Station 41 biotech commercialization hub provides crucial space and resources to facilitate the growth and success of early-stage biotech companies. The Therapeutics Development Fund aims to attract biotech firms to Alabama, support in-state startups, create numerous biotech jobs and generate millions in economic impact for Alabama. We’re thrilled to be a part of Birmingham’s growing biotech ecosystem and look forward to working with the Southern Research team as we develop DomainOne's small molecule inhibitors designed to modulate the TGF-beta pathway targeting fibrosis. #Biotech #Innovation #SouthernResearch #Station41 #Birmingham #Alabama #Startups #DomainOne #OrangeGroveBio
