We are deeply saddened by the passing of former OCCF Board member Carol Wilken. Carol was one of OCCF's founding board members and served from 1989 – 2000 and served as Secretary from 1998 - 2000, bringing her passion for community service and the performing arts to our Board. Carol's legacy as one of Orange County’s most respected philanthropists paired with her deep devotion to our community will live on far beyond her lifetime.

In celebration of Juneteenth 2024 and the African American Alliance Fund’s fourth anniversary, OCCF is announcing grants totaling $178,500 to 28 organizations, bringing the total granted since inception to more than $800,000 in support of 71 nonprofit organizations! Founded on June 19, 2020 by OCCF’s President, Tammy Tumbling the mission of the African American Alliance Fund is to raise awareness about systemic racism and support programs that advance African American communities throughout southern California.
