We've secured a grant from The Arbitrum Foundation, which will accelerate the launch of our Layer 3 blockchain, EDU Chain. As the first education-focused Orbit chain within the Arbitrum ecosystem, EDU Chain is set to revolutionize how educational achievements are recorded and financed. We're leveraging our expansive network of over 60 education and Web3 partners—impacting 20 million learners—to boost participation, enhance educational finance solutions, and collaborate on the development of decentralized apps. Open Campus, the decentralized education protocol backed by various launch partners including ourselves, has announced the Codex Hackathon Series with US$1 million worth of EDU tokens in prizes to encourage developers to build decentralized applications (dapps) on EDU Chain, the first blockchain purpose-built for education by Open Campus. Starting 8 July 2024, Semester 1 of the Codex Hackathon Series is open for applications. Developers are invited to register at https://lnkd.in/ggnc3HEN. Decentralized education protocol Open Campus just announced today that it has received designated grant funding from The Arbitrum Foundation to support the upcoming launch of EDU Chain, the first Layer 3 (L3) blockchain specifically designed for education. Through the grant, Open Campus will support the Arbitrum Ambassador Program with educational content initiatives and participate in Arbitrum hackathon competitions, offering incentives to developers who create dapps for EDU Chain.
