On Friday, June 10th, four Social Clubs kicked off the summer at a concert in the park! The groups attended Friday Night Rockin’ the Lakes at Twin Lakes and enjoyed music by Bucket Number 6. It was a perfect summer night filled with smiling faces and dancing feet! We are looking forward to more Social Club events this summer!

Today's highlight for NWSRA's "I Am" campaign is Miyah Ruiz. Miyah is a Direct Support Professional who says "Every day that I come to work the participants give me a reason to smile, laugh, dance and just have fun! They allow you to let go of the uncertainties of the world, and just enjoy yourself in the present moment. ‘There is no greater disability in society than the inability to see a person as more’ (Robert M. Hensel). " If you, or someone you know is interested in Direct Support Professional, visit https://lnkd.in/g5zhrKpC
