Sue Tyler has built businesses and led financial and operational transformations in the health and property and casualty insurance industries. Her leadership skills are based broadly across finance, operations, and P&L roles for companies ranging in size from startup through Fortune 500 including Progressive Insurance and Medical Mutual. Sue currently serves as a member of the board of directors for NCV portfolio companies ForMotiv and ScriptDrop as well as Beam Benefits, and HealthPlan Data Solutions. In addition, Sue is Venture Partner with Caduceus Capital Partners, LLC. Committed to value-added board governance, Sue is a founding member of the Cleveland chapter of Private Directors Association®. A member of multiple NCV funds, Sue has served on several NCV diligence teams as a valued subject matter expert in key SaaS verticals.

Michael Southard founded Elvisridge Capital, LLC in 2018. His background includes 10+ years in corporate finance with GE Capital as a portfolio manager and business development officer. He also owned a small blow molding business with a partner that was later sold after growing sales 5X in three years. Michael serves on the Board of Directors at Blackfin Rods, a portfolio company of Elvisridge Capital. He is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at the University of Tampa and is a honorary trustee for University Hospitals Cleveland. In 2018, Michael and his wife Amy founded Crofton Cares, a non-profit charitable foundation with a mission of creating equity in healthcare and education.
