In 1913, Dr. Lloyd Noland came to Alabama at the invitation of the Tennessee Coal, Iron and Land Company to address the public health needs of workers. Noland Health Services follows his legacy. A private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1951, We are dedicated to identifying and meeting the health needs of the people and communities we serve by providing innovative, high quality health services in a compassionate, efficient, and effective manner.

The Senior Living Division develops strategically located, comprehensive multi-level senior living communities, offering seniors the security of knowing that additional assistance is available, should their needs change.
