Ooh la la - 36% waste diversion rate for the fabulous Bocuse D'Or competition!
The Bocuse d'Or was a great opportunity for our sustainability team to flex their expertise in running environmentally friendly events. We diverted 36% of waste produced by this event from going into landfills, including donating nearly half a ton of unused and uneaten food to our partners at Bethel Colony!
